- Decide which monthly plan Startup, Pro, or Enterprise fits your needs. (Note you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime.)
- Now select your style preference, Basic, Standard, or Premium. Style preference allows us to choose 3 items from each category (birthday cards, promo gifts, etc.) to present (via email) to you that represent your brand, budget and taste. You will then confirm your choices by replying to the email. (Please note, if the choices are not what your prefer, we will be happy to resubmit others to accommodate your preference.)
- Make the selection of items to be mailed and or shipped. (I.e. birthday, thank you, or holiday cards, company pens, shirts, hats, etc.)
- Upload your Customer and or Employee Contact Sheet. You can Download Our Premade Excel Spreadsheet Here. Or if you prefer your own. Please make sure the following labels for cells are included: First Name, Last Name, Street Address, Unit/Apt/Ste, City, St, Zip, Birth Month, Anniversary Month, Special Anniversary Month (i.e. home purchase)
Once we have received notification that you have initiated your plan, our team will begin searching through our vast list of suppliers to make the 3 choice option selections to email to you. Based on the amount of items requested, please allow up to 3 to 4 business days to submit to you for review.

Every month Let Us Say Thank You will send and or mail your new new clients thank you cards and existing customers birthday cards or any particular gift you choose (i.e. calendar, pens, awards or other company merch).
Monthly Detailed Report
We will provide a Monthly Detailed Report including who, what was sent and the date mailed, and expected delivery if available. This will enable you and your team to track your responses for example via repeat business or referrals, etc.
Email Reminders
We will send email reminders to forward any new clients and or employees info.
